Scope of Services. Through this Site, MK Customs markets and arranges Mobile Mechanic, Auto Repair Shop, Classic Car Restoration, Engine Swap Service, Transmission Repair, Custom Car Build, Oil Change Service, Brake Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by MK Customs or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. MK Customs reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
